World Food Program USA’s corporate partnerships team is looking for an Associate, Corporate Partnerships. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role will report to WFP USA’s Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships and will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to corporate partnership management, including stewardship, partner meetings and events, and employee engagement. Highlighted Responsibilities:

  • Management of stewardship activities for corporate donors that support WFP USA’s with one-off gifts.
  • Partnership management of selected assigned corporate partners, including stewardship, cultivation of renewals, and solicitations.
  • Coordination of corporate stewardship activities across the whole corporate partnerships team.
  • Support for partnership activities for key strategic partners (i.e. preparation of reports and proposals, drafting meeting agendas, presentations, and concept notes, support with employee engagement campaigns, database tracking)
  • Project management and logistics for corporate partnerships program’s special projects, such as partner events, campaigns, or development of visual assets and other resources for the corporate partnerships program.
  • Support with coordination of corporate partnerships’ team collaboration with other WFP USA departments and partners at the UN World Food Programme.
  • Support with improvement of corporate partnerships’ team processes and procedures.

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, corporate partnerships management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in international nonprofit work and mission of the UN World Food Programme
  • Entry level familiarity with best practices and techniques of nonprofit fundraising and corporate social responsibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflow processes, agendas, and schedules
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
  • Collaborative and team-oriented individual who can engage with and motivate others
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced growing team environment
