POSITION DESCRIPTION

To help us reach this goal, the Salesforce Systems and Analytics Specialist is responsible for maintaining WFP USA’s Salesforce database, ensuring proper data entry, integration with other platforms, and database hygiene. As part of the Operations team, they help the entire organization fully utilize World Food Program USA’s CRM. They are an integral member of the team as great data management serves as the building block for all organizational activities.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform beginner-level Salesforce administrator duties such as adjusting user permissions, altering page layouts, performing mass record updates, and assisting with user inquiries such as password resets.
  • Maintain the data integrity of World Food Program USA’s donor database, performing daily, weekly, and monthly auditing of data to reasonably assure accuracy.
  • Manage data hygiene efforts in our donor database including de-duplication of records ensuring all information in the database is complete, up-to-date, and accurate.
  • Assist with regular data imports in coordination with vendors (Wealth Screening, NCOA Screening, Daily gift upload, database enhancements, etc.)
  • Review data across platforms and flag inconsistencies or errors to be addressed.
  • Monitor syncing of records across various integrated platforms, such as Pardot, Sage Intacct, and Springboard, ensuring proper information flows and accurate record keeping.
  • Provide information support to Development, Marketing and Communications, Public Policy and Operations teams.
  • Conduct trainings and provide staff with resources to ensure they understand and use available CRM tools.
  • In collaboration with consultants and the Senior Manager of Development Systems & Analytics, introduce enhancements to Salesforce and other platforms based on feedback from staff from across the organization.
  • Create reports and dashboards on key performance metrics for all business units, including Development, Operations, Public Policy, and Marketing and Communications.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate sensitivity to relationships with donors, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Develop strong working relationships with staff in all areas of the organization.
    Develop and manage working relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects as needed to support members of the Senior Leadership Team.
    Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the non-profit field or related systems management
  • A high level of computer literacy required, including familiarity with Salesforce’s other relational databases, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Familiarity with Pardot and Springboard is a plus. Excellent analytical skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Experienced in using online databases and other sources for donor management
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to juggle competing projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Candidate must possess an ability to work well under pressure, synthesize information and communicate in a compelling and succinct manner
