The Digital Fundraising Senior Associate is primarily responsible for email and donation page production, as well as reporting and analysis for our various online activities. The Digital Fundraising Senior Associate will work closely with the Manager of Digital Fundraising in email production and quality assurance, and lead in donation form production to produce content for web, email, employee engagement, paid ads, and social media. This position will have a strong focus on testing, reporting and email production in an environment that may require swift action in response to global emergencies.


  • Use Salesforce, Springboard, and Pardot platforms to set up and send email communications to WFP USA supporters, and manage donation form production
  • Lead on HTML email production and quality assurance
  • Provide standard reporting and analytics on email messaging performance, donor acquisition, audience segments, email campaigns, and return on investment
  • Build message actions and petitions for advocacy program
  • Manage audience segmenting and targeting
  • Suggest, apply, and report on email testing
  • Collect, monitor, and report online contributions and activity for fundraising and donation pages, as well as overall program performance. Leverage analytics to help the Development Team make data-driven decisions to guide fundraising strategies
  • Contribute to brainstorms to develop campaign ideas and improve digital efforts
  • Participate in collaboration with various departments to improve reporting and processes
  • Work in a team to implement successful email campaigns
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays occasionally if global events occur requiring rapid email response.


  • Passion for our shared vision of creating a world with zero hunger preferred
  • Must be able to code basic HTML by hand; familiarity with CSS preferred
  • Strong grasp of online metrics, statistics and common Excel functions. Experience with data interpretation and analysis.
  • Comfortable with both creative and analytical approaches to work. The ideal candidate can balance both reporting and eloquently explain metrics.
  • Understand site content management systems, including email and donation page creation platforms. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once and respond to changing priorities.
  • Must be comfortable managing complex segmentation strategies that require multiple email / donation page set-ups per campaign message.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Excel while working independently and collaboratively in a team; proactively propose recommendations or solutions to the team
  • Comfortable working in a space where emergency rapid response may be required.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
