Narges Mohammad Mahdi

As Manager of Institutional Partnerships, Narges Mohammad Mahdi stewards’ faith-based institutional donors and secures new faith-based institutional partners.

Prior to joining WFP USA, Narges worked at a non-profit organization in Cambridge, Massachusetts addressing homelessness, strengthening workforce development, and affordable housing in the greater Cambridge area. Narges was responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. She has also worked with Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) on advocating for increasing the Presidential Determination on Refugees, educating local communities on refugee and migrant rights, and organizing advocacy events on the Hill.

Narges holds a BA in International Studies and Women and Gender Studies from Muhlenberg College and an MA in International Security Studies, International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Medford, MA.
