Pamela Van de Walle

Pamela has over two decades of experience in nonprofit human resources, is a SHRM certified professional, and a proud alumna of the University of Maryland at College Park . Prior to WFP USA, she served as the Global Director of Human Resources at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), where she successfully managed the HR department for a 110-employee organization spanning three continents, during her nearly eight-year tenure. Pamela has also held HR leadership roles at Youth for Understanding, Qorvis Communications, National Parks Conservation Association and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she was honored as one of Metro DC’s Finest premier professionals.
As the Senior Director, Human Resources, Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge and an employee-first mindset to provide strategic leadership and innovative solutions to meet WFP USA’s growing needs.
