As Chief of Staff, Shannon Hiskey ensures streamlined activities within the organization and is a key contributor to ensuring long-term, strategic growth and success of the organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, Shannon ensures execution of the organization’s strategy goals and vision, and as well as a culture of cross-team collaboration and integration by addressing key staffing, process and infrastructure issues. Shannon also serves as liaison to the Board of Directors to effectively manage all Board activities including meetings, communications, recruitment, assessment, and levels of engagement.

Prior to World Food Program USA, Shannon worked as the marketing and administration supervisor at Keel Point Advisors, a multi-family office and wealth advisory firm. She has also worked at PineRock Productions, a corporate communications event firm, as the manager of sales and marketing and administration.
