Ryan Quinn is Senior Director of Advocacy and Coalitions at World Food Program USA. Ryan began his career in Washington, DC, working for Senator Jeff Bingaman from his home state of New Mexico. He went on to spend eight years working in the House of Representatives, first as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman William Lipinski and then as Legislative Director for Congressman Dan Lipinski.

After leaving Capitol Hill, Ryan worked with Save the Children, advocating for maternal and child nutrition and health programs, and then spent a decade with Bread for the World championing U.S. government support for global food security, nutrition and anti-poverty programs and policies.

Ryan holds a BA in political science and international relations from Loras College in Dubuque, IA and a MA in Public Policy from George Mason University.
