Welcome to the new WFP USA website, designed with you and for you!

Experience our world like never before with stories of impact, iconic multimedia, emergency updates and shareable resources to drive change.

We invite you to explore our work. Be inspired. Take action. Help us end global hunger.

The changes we’ve made will make our site easier to use and more informative than ever. We’ve added new ways to get involved, built a multimedia center and created in-depth crisis pages about the countries you care about the most. The consolidated navigation bar and expanded search options also make it simple to find the information you’re looking for. But that’s not all. Here are some of the main improvements you’ll see, starting today.

BLOG

Now you can quickly see what thought leaders in the humanitarian world are saying about global hunger. On the blog you’ll find expert opinions, Q&As with industry insiders, important policy updates and first-person perspectives. Interested in a specific country or topic? New filters help you find what you’re looking for, fast. Check it out here.

MULTIMEDIA HUB

We know a picture is worth a thousand words. That’s why we’ve put all of our most iconic photography in one place. The photos are high-res and shareable, so you can help us end global hunger, for good. We’ve done the same with infographics that cover topics like how climate change is increasing hunger and how WFP manages cash transfers to more than 19 million people. These topics and many others are explored in our monthly Hacking Hunger podcast, which lives in the Multimedia Hub too. Take a look.

TAKE ACTION

Thousands of people visit our How to Help page every month, so we’ve made it easy to find more ways to help. Throughout the site you’ll see our “Take Action” bar, which includes four of the most meaningful things you can do to help us end hunger. Want to start now? Take the quiz, Become a ZeroHunger Hero, or Sign the ZeroHunger Pledge today.

ONGOING EMERGENCIES / IN-DEPTH COUNTRY PROFILES

WFP works in 83 countries, but more than half of the world’s hungry people live in just six of them. Yemen, Syria, Bangladesh, the DRC, South Sudan and Nigeria are the most complex, resource-demanding places on earth. Our new Ongoing Emergencies page gives you quick access to the latest updates and stats on their unpredictable situations. And, if you’re new to the humanitarian world or global hunger and are looking for a bit of background, check out one of our most popular articles of all-time: Understanding L3 Emergencies.

We hope our new site brings you closer to the millions of people who rely on your support. If not, tell us how we’re doing. Your experience means a lot to us, and we couldn’t do this work without you.

Help us build a world with zero hunger.
