A Guide to the Donor Portal

How do I log into the Donor Portal for the first time?

  1. Go to the request login page at give.wfpusa.org/user
  2. Enter the email you used to donate and select “E-Mail New Password”
  3. Follow the link sent to your email to set up your password 

If you have logged into the Donor Portal previously follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Donor Portal
  2. Enter your email address
    • Make sure to use the email address that you used to donate
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click “Log In”

How do I upgrade my monthly gift?

  1. Log into the Donor Portal (see above instructions for help)
  2. Select “My Recurring Donations”
  3. Click on the amount
  4. Enter your new donation amount in the “Update Donation Amount” section
  5. Click “Update Donation Amount”
