Adam Sussman is the Director of Celebrity Relationships at WFP USA. He comes from NBCUniversal where he spent the last 12 years creating and developing television series around the world’s top talent including Jennifer Lopez, Zac Efron, Kenny Ortega, Andrew Zimmern, Ken Jeong, and Oscar-winner Marlee Matlin.
At the network, Adam headed development for the Executive Producers of “America’s Got Talent” and “Survivor.” He helped conceive and launch “Sessions with Howie Mandel,” “Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls,” and “American Dream Builders” with Nate Berkus. At RDF USA, he was instrumental in the conception of “Jessica Simpson’s The Price of Beauty.” He started his career at Moffitt-Lee Productions and HBO: The Comedy Festival.
A lifelong volunteer, Adam ran as “Man of the Year” for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. By rallying the entertainment community and securing once-in-a-lifetime experiences with Judd Apatow, Jerry Seinfeld, Laura Dern, and Pentatonix, he raised $405,000 in 10 weeks for blood cancer research.
He was awarded LA TV Week’s “40 Under 40” and sits on the Board of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society Associates. Adam earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of Southern California.
