cuddle + kind

Couple Jennifer and Derek Woodgate started cuddle+kind with one guiding belief: That a cuddle could change the world. For every handmade doll sold, cuddle+kind will provide at least 10 meals to children in need through World Food Program USA and other partner organizations. Its goal is to provide 1 million meals each year. For just 25 cents, United Nations World Food Programme can deliver a nutritious school meal — and hope — to a hungry child. The adorable dolls aren’t just helping feed children; they’re also providing a fair-trade income to communities in Peru, where artisans craft each doll using locally sourced materials. By offering a fair income and supporting the mission of United Nations World Food Programme, cuddle+kind is empowering families to overcome poverty and hunger.
