As Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of World Food Program USA, Sara Craun supports the executive team’s strategic internal and external priorities. Prior to joining World Food Program USA, Sara worked as a Project and Operations Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she managed large projects supporting Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies, including the U.S. Department of State, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Military Health System, and proposal work with USAID. During this time, Sara specialized in launching new contracts and was responsible for developing teams, building client relationships, and defining and executing operational procedures required for success.
Sara is an avid traveler, who has spent time backpacking through Central and South America and has had the opportunity to witness the beauty of most US National Parks. She has a genuine interest in connecting with others and a passion to make a positive impact on food security around the globe.
